Each partner has a dedicated page on their Intranet for you to view current and new information about the Cheshire Care Record.


Information Governance

The Cheshire Care Record has an Information Governance Group who are responsible for overseeing the security and data protection for the Cheshire Care Record.

The membership of this group is the Caldicott Guardians from each participating partner and patient representatives. This group are responsible for overseeing who can input data into the Cheshire Care Record, who is allowed to view it and the controls that are put in place around this. Every participating partner has to sign a data sharing agreement which governs their conduct.

Clinical Design Authority

There is a Clinical Design Authority for the Cheshire Care Record with membership from all partners from their operational clinical and professional staff so that the users of the system can influence its design over time by requesting changes to the data items held and the way in which information is laid out.
